Data deletion requests

To request deletion of data associated with Idunara Reporting, contact Idunara LLC at info@idunara.com with the subject “Idunara Reporting data deletion”.

What to include

Provide your name, the email address used for your engagement with Idunara and, where relevant, your business name or advertising account ID so we can identify the data concerned. Describe whether your request concerns reporting data, your customer account or another interaction with Idunara. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment details.

What happens next

Idunara will review the request and may need to verify your identity and authority for the account concerned. The scope of deletion, any applicable retention requirements and the handling of backups need to be assessed for the data concerned. You can request information about these matters using the same contact address.

There is no automated deletion callback offered on this page. This is a contact-based request route, not a promise that deletion occurs immediately or within a fixed period.

Revoking Meta access is a separate step

You can revoke access through the relevant Meta account or business settings. Revoking an integration prevents continued access under that authorisation; it does not by itself delete data already obtained by Idunara. Please submit a separate deletion request for stored data.
